Casual at Pompidou

When I'm on vacation, I like to be comfortable especially if I'm going to be walking around all day enjoying a new city. Of course, I don't actually pack this way. I have a romanticized version of strolling around in heels and a perfect dress, but the reality is often far from the fantasy. Enter: wearing my boyfriend's clothes. Although I did bring my comfy 'boyfriend' jeans, I only brought two tee shirts. So for this look, I borrowed an emerald v-neck tee from Alex and paired it with my new leopard loafers for cruising around Paris using the city's bike-share Velib program. I wanted to shoot at the Pompidou because it's my favorite museum in Paris. I adore the modern architecture that makes it so unique. I also have a soft spot in my heart for the Pompidou from my last trip in Paris after studying abroad with my friend Jill. We came to the museum's courtyard on a perfect summer day. Some amazing musicians were playing and we ended up dancing like fools. I'll never forget it. So I guess the moral of the story is pack more tee-shirts and dance like no one's watching because in both cases you won't regret it.
